WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

For a full refund of your deposit reservations must be cancelled 14 days (or more) prior to your event date.

WHAT ARE YOUR REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CART?

Please make sure we are within 15 feet of a 110 volt power outlet. The outlet should be solely dedicated to Posh Fluffe. If there is no existing power Posh Fluffe can provide generator at the additional fee of $50.

WHEN DO YOU ARRIVE AT MY EVENT?

We arrive approximately 1 hour prior to cart service start time. We are available to arrive earlier for a fee.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash, credit card, debit card, zelle, cash app.
